The Intake Process

Step 01

Initial Inquiry

Let us know you’re interested in ABA services and our team will send your our electronic insurance verification form. If you are interested in funding services through private pay, please contact our team directly at [email protected].

Step 02

Insurance Eligibility & Benefits

Complete and submit our secure online insurance form, we will verify your insurance eligibility and benefits for ABA services and will send you an email summarizing the insurance information we obtained, requesting you to confirm if you’d like to move forward with next steps.

Step 03

Document Request:

Once confirmed that you’d like to move forward, we will request a copy of the comprehensive diagnostic evaluation report, which is required to obtain an authorization for care.

Step 04

Authorization Request

If you are funding services through your insurance carrier, once an authorization is received, we will submit an initial assessment authorization request to your carrier on your behalf.

Step 05

Treatment Approval

Once your insurance approves and provides us with an assessment authorization, we will send you our consent forms and we will assign a clinical assessor who will reach out to schedule assessment appointments. Consent forms must be signed before treatment can begin.

Your First Visit

What to expect

Your assigned licensed and/or board-certified behavior analyst assessor will conduct their first visit with you in your home. During this visit, the assessor will conduct a comprehensive observation, complete assessment questionnaire(s), review any questions you may have, and review your completed intake forms.

After meeting with you, the assessor will take some time to interact with you, the individual or your child in their natural environment. During this interaction, the
assessor will probe some general skills like communication, play, and social skills, depending on initially-identified or reported areas targeted for probe.
