Complete and submit our secure online insurance form, we will verify your insurance eligibility and benefits for ABA services and will send you an email summarizing the insurance information we obtained, requesting you to confirm if you’d like to move forward with next steps
Step 03
Once confirmed that you’d like to move forward, we will request a copy of your child’s comprehensive diagnostic evaluation report, which is required to obtain an authorization for care
Step 04
Once received, we will submit an initial assessment authorization request to your insurance
Step 05
Once your insurance approves and provides us with an assessment authorization, we will send you our consent forms and we will assign a clinical assessor who will reach out to schedule assessment appointments. Consent forms must be signed before treatment can begin.
Your assigned board-certified behavior analyst assessor will conduct their first visit with you in your home. During this visit, the assessor will observe your child in their natural environment, conduct a parent assessment questionnaire, review any questions you may have, and review your completed intake forms.
After meeting with the parent(s), the assessor will take some time to interact with your child in their natural environment. During this interaction, the
assessor will probe some general skills like communication, play, and social skills.
